This beginner-friendly class focuses on standing poses to build strength, balance, and body awareness. Step by step, we will also introduce the foundations of safe inversions such as Shoulderstand and Headstand, with clear guidance and support. Each session emphasizes alignment and mindful progression, with modifications available for all levels and individual needs, including menstruation, fatigue, injuries, or joint issues.
